When you bring someone into your downline, when they are ready to begin a home based business, it's important to get them plugged into whatever training your company has. You want this person to have immediate success, and the best way to do that is through training.
My main business has training, and I like to get people into that as soon as possible. Live training meetings, training calls, whatever you have, get your new recruit into it. It covers search engine optimization ( a class I'll be attending myself tonight, html and even a business writing class.
Training is important, because the person that is new to your business needs to see that what you do is duplicatable, that they can do what you do. Make sure you help them out.
